THE MASTER KEY METROPOLIS

THE PRIME LAW AND HOW TO LIVE IT

MKMMA — WEEK 8 — TIPS ON PUMPING GAS

THE MASTER KEY MASTERMIND ALLIANCE can take you far – as far as your imagination is able – and most likely farther than you can imagine! Let’s take a hypothetical look and see. For now, let’s take everything inside the boundary of our universe as all there happens to be. Against the backdrop of endless space, even something as large as our universe must seem a tiny place. Yet a million, billion minds, or more, and bodies inhabit this small abode; so, the chance that any single one of us is the leader in such a field, is quite unlikely when compared to such a load. In fact, so unlikely, may I suggest “unimaginable” fills even the mind of whomever happens to be best; to consider they alone might be better than the rest. ere’s a lot of stallions in this stable! Speaking of which, when it comes to mastermind partners, Stephen Serna is my Clark Gable, and Fawn Christianson my Betty Grable!

EVEN GALAXIES HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME STAYING DETACHED…SOMETIMES!

My Week 7 ended this way

I spoke with Dr. Greer about “cosmic false flags” and much more in the video below. As you’ll hear toward the end of the video, I also offered to volunteer my laboratory testing services for any exotic materials or unknown substances he might encounter.

In alignment with the approaching holidays, consider this blog post a change of pace. As we prepare to fill up our bellies with gobblers and all the fixings, there’s a good chance many of us will be doing some traveling. That means something else may need some “filling up.” If in your case, it’s the family car, and it still uses gasoline, here are some tips you might find useful.

1. Only fill up your car or truck in the early morning, when the ground temperature is still cold.

Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the more dense the gasoline. When it gets warmer gasoline expands, so buying in the afternoon, or in the evening, your gallon is not exactly a gallon. The way temperature affects specific gravity is well known in the petroleum business. A single degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business, and must be taken into account. However, since service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps, we must use our knowledge of Mother Nature to make the most of our gasoline dollar.

2. When you’re filling up, do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle all the way down, or set it in the fast mode.

If you look, you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high. It’s intuitively obvious these three settings refer to the speed gasoline is being pumped into your gas tank. The faster you pump, the more gasoline vapor that is created while you are pumping. This vapor comes from the liquid gasoline you just paid for; so, since all hoses at the pump have a vapor return, those vapors are being sucked up, and returned to the underground storage tank. Can you see how you are essentially paying double for any gasoline that became vaporized while you were pumping? If so, then you can probably also see why we should fill up our tanks as slowly as possible in order to minimize vapor creation.

You can use the extra time to clean your windshield, and check your oil. If it’s early enough in the morning, then there probably won’t be many cars in line waiting behind you. However, if holding up the line is a concern to you, please, pay special attention to the tip which follows.

3. One of the most important tips is to fill up your gas tank when it is half full. Since we are referring to our gas tank, and not our perceptual state of mind, half-empty works just as well.

There are a couple reasons for not waiting until our tank is almost completely empty. For many of us – including myself – that means waiting for the red warning light on our dashboard to come on.

First, we need to keep in mind the more gas you have in your tank the less air there is occupying its empty space. Since gasoline evaporates faster than most people can imagine, the less air means the less evaporation. The more air means the greater the evaporation. Evaporated gasoline is lost gasoline. Gasoline storage tanks have a floating roof for this reason. Our gas tanks don’t. Should they?

Second, I have heard that the gas at the bottom of the tank is dirtier than that above, and, therefore, burning this gas is more harmful for your engine. I need to check on this.

I just did. While the consensis of opinion indicates that this is of less concern than it was when tanks were made of metal that could corrode, it is still a good idea to go no lower than a 1/4 tank — possibly reducing the risk of harming the fuel pump.

4. If there is a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks when you stop to buy gas, do not fuel up!

The reason for this is simple. Most likely the gasoline already in the storage tank is being stirred up as the new gas is being delivered. Since any dirt in these tanks settles to the bottom, this is also stirred up. We are in danger of putting some of this dirt into our car, until this settling process has totally completed.

That’s it for this month.
